These Terms govern your use of onlinechallanpay.com.in ("Website") and the services of Online Challan Pay, operated by MZT COMMERCE (GSTIN 09ERAPA8060F1Z0), House No. 09, Narayan Nagar, Bichpuri Road, Bodla, Agra – 282007, Uttar Pradesh, India. By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Our service

We are a private facilitation service. We help you check pending traffic e-challans linked to a vehicle using authorised third-party data sources, collect payment from you, and settle the selected challans with the relevant authority on your behalf. We also provide support for court (virtual court) challans. We are not a government body and are not affiliated with any traffic police, transport department, Parivahan or court. You may pay challans directly on official portals without our convenience fee.

2. Eligibility and your responsibilities

• You must be 18 or older and the owner, driver or an authorised representative of the vehicle you check.
• You must use a mobile number you own or are authorised to use, and enter the OTP sent to it yourself.
• You must provide correct information. You are responsible for checking the vehicle number and selected challans before payment.
• You must not use the Website to look up vehicles you have no right to, scrape data, or interfere with the Website's working.

2A. Your account

An account is created for your mobile number when you verify an OTP. You are responsible for keeping your phone and password secure and for all activity in your account. Challan records fetched for your vehicles are saved in your account and may be shown from our saved records for up to 7 days before they are refreshed; the "Refresh" option fetches the latest records. We may suspend accounts used for misuse or fraud.

3. Challan information

Challan details are fetched from third-party sources and are shown "as received". Records may be delayed, incomplete or updated by the authority at any time. We do our best to show accurate data but do not guarantee it. The issuing authority's record is final.

4. Fees and payment

• You pay the challan amount as shown, plus a convenience fee of ₹49 per challan and GST at 18% on the fee. The full breakdown is shown before payment.
• Payments are processed by an RBI-regulated payment gateway. We do not store card or UPI credentials.
• A payment receipt is issued instantly. A tax invoice for the convenience fee is available on request.

5. Settlement timelines

Online challans are usually settled and reflected on official records within 24–72 working hours, and in some cases up to 7 working days. Court challans depend on the court's process and schedule; the court may confirm, change or reject the amount. See our Service Delivery Policy.

6. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or errors caused by authorities, courts, data providers, banks or payment gateways. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the convenience fee you paid for the order concerned, in addition to a refund of any challan amount that was not settled.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify MZT COMMERCE against claims arising from your misuse of the Website, false information, or breach of these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

The Online Challan Pay name, logo, design and content belong to MZT COMMERCE. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

10. Suspension

We may refuse or suspend service where we suspect fraud, misuse or breach of these Terms, or where required by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Agra, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
